Our Products and Services

Our products are designed for commercial use by distributors, wholesalers, and trade partners. We do not provide retail services to individual customers. Product specifications and details are for reference only, and the final terms will be specified in the sales contract or pro forma invoice.

Ordering and Cooperation

All orders are subject to the terms outlined in the signed contract or pro forma invoice. A deposit may be required for custom or made-to-order products. Intellectual property rights remain with Vastonea unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, product details, and other terms at any time. In the event of a dispute, the terms of the signed contract will prevail.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any delays, failures or inability to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
